- Adinandra Belukar is basically a secondary forest with degraded soil, where the vegetation recolonise abandoned land with nutrient poor soils.
- The Tiup Tiup and the Tembusu are some trees from the Adinandra Belukar.
- The carpenter bees will hug and shake the flower of the Tiup Tiup to collect pollen. Thus, the stamens are exposed for easy access by the bees.
- The fruit bats feed on the fruits of the Tiup Tiup.
- The seeds of the Tiup Tiup are brown amd the fruit never opens.
